Real Life Choices Transit has for more than a decade been the leader in providing regularly scheduled transportation to the intellectually impaired community to and from their care facilities, day programs, employment, classes, etc. We provide door to door service and always strive to be on time while being as accommodating to each client as possible. We serve most counties in Northern New Jersey with a fleet of minivans. Our services are recognized, accepted, and approved by the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities, so there is typically no out of pocket expense.

Passenger safety begins with qualified drivers. We take pride in our ability to attract and retain the best drivers, and have one of the most comprehensive driver screening processes in the transit industry. Each of our drivers are carefully screened before hiring, and their credentials are continually monitored for compliance throughout their employment.
Our special needs transportation drivers and monitors understand our clients aspiration, as well as their disability. We aid in our passengers' success by carefully screening and training our special needs drivers to ensure they have what it takes to help all our clients prosper.
